We have just received word that Micah was admitted to the hospital again. His still is running a slight fever and will most like be there until Monday. Please pray for his recovery.
Tomorrow will mark the four month mark since we received our referral. This also means that out of the four families from our pilot program, we will have the longest wait to travel. Or the most time to prepare for Micah's homecoming- Just trying to stay positive.
Oh Natalie, I am praying for a full and very quick recovery for whatever is making him have a fever. Poor baby. ~ We pray for you guys every day... I just don't understand why it is taking so long. I'm so sorry. I know sweet little Micah will be in your arms soon! Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteYou didn't mention anything at small group Thursday! I'll be praying for Micah's quick recovery. And I'll keep praying that he comes home soon! I know the wait must feel almost impossible, but you are hanging in there so well. I don't know if this will make sense, but watching you and Chris walk through the adoption process has made the picture of God adopting us as His children more real and precious to me. I imagine God feels those same emotions when He waits for one of His children to come to Him--the excited anticipation, the pain of the wait, longing to be together, ...
